Donut Liquor Pouring System with Control Pour Spouts
Keep your bottles on display and your portions exact. The Sprint Donut is an automated liquor pouring system that works with the bottles on your back bar: the bartender places the bottle, fitted with a control pour spout, into the ring activator, and the Donut dispenses the exact programmed portion. Every pour is recorded and matched against your POS sales.
How the Donut Liquor Pouring System Works
- Each bottle gets a control pour spout (Brand ID or 7G spouts), sealed to the bottle with a shrink seal.
- The bartender places the bottle into the ring activator, which reads the spout’s group code.
- The Donut dispenses the exact portion programmed for that group, with the natural motion of a free pour.
- The Sprint Server logs every pour and compares it with your POS sales in near real time.
Why Bars Choose the Donut System
- Exact portions, free-pour feel: no jiggers and no over-pours.
- 7 programmable groups: set portions and pricing by price tier or product group.
- Bottles stay on display: your back bar keeps selling your premium brands.
- Optional POS interlock: a drink pours only after it is rung in (depending on your POS).
- Built for busy bars: stainless-steel control unit, coil-cord activator ring and a built-in bottle pre-opener.
Donut Systems and Packages
Donut Liquor System Package
Everything to get started: Donut console with activator ring holder, 24V power supply and pre-opener, Sprint Server, 50 control pour spouts, shrink seals, a heat gun, cabling, cloud reporting and support for year one ($75/month after), and 2 hours of training and database build per console.
Sprint Donut Liquor System
The Donut console on its own, for adding a station or replacing a unit. Control pour spouts are sold separately.
Donut System or Liquor Gun?
The Donut and the liquor gun are two separate systems. A liquor gun system dispenses from bottles stored out of sight and is built for maximum speed. The Donut keeps bottles on the back bar, which suits cocktail bars, restaurants and hotel lounges. Many venues run both: guns for the well and a Donut for premium bottles. What is a liquor pouring system?
A liquor pouring system controls and measures each pour from the bottle, so every drink gets the same portion and every ounce is tracked against your sales.
What are liquor control pour spouts?
Spouts fitted to each bottle that the pouring system recognizes, so it knows which product group is being poured and dispenses the right portion.
How much does the Donut liquor system cost?
