Control pour spouts let bartenders pour straight from the bottle while every portion is measured and tracked. Fitted and sealed to each bottle, Pour Controls’ spouts work with the Sprint Donut liquor pouring system to identify the product group and dispense the exact programmed portion, so you keep the look of a free pour without the over-pours.
How Control Pour Spouts Work
- A control spout is fitted to each bottle and locked in place with a shrink seal.
- The bartender places the bottle into the Donut’s ring activator.
- The system reads the spout and dispenses the exact portion set for that group.
- Every pour is logged by the Sprint Server and matched against your POS sales.
Control Spouts vs. Regular Pourers
- Regular pourers only slow the flow. The portion still depends on the bartender’s count.
- Control spouts work with the Donut system to dispense an exact, programmed portion.
- Every pour is recorded and compared with what was rung into your POS.
- Sealed in place with shrink seals, so spouts can’t be swapped or removed.
