How a Liquor Control System Works
A liquor control system connects the hardware behind your bar to your point of sale, so you can see every ounce poured and every drink rung in. Here’s how ours works, in four steps:
Every pour is captured
Liquor guns, RFID/Brand ID pour spouts and draught flow meters record what was poured, when, and how much. The Sprint Server logs it all in real time.
Your POS sales are matched
The Sprint Server pulls sales from your POS and compares rings to pours in near real time. We integrate with 90+ POS systems, including Micros, Aloha, PAR and POSitouch.
Losses are flagged instantly
Missed rings, over-pours and unaccounted drinks are pinpointed by day, time and shift. Email alerts reach you the moment something doesn't add up.
Reports arrive automatically
View live reports on any phone, tablet or computer, and get a daily summary of rings vs. pours emailed to your team every morning.
Our Liquor Control Systems
Every bar pours differently. Choose one system or combine them; all of them report into the same dashboard.
Liquor Gun Systems
The fastest way to pour exact portions in high-volume bars. Sprint brand liquor guns dispense 6 to 12 brands from one station, with every pour tracked and matched to your POS. Built for nightclubs, stadiums, casinos and busy restaurants.
Donut Liquor Systems
Pour fast, free-pour style without giving up control. The Sprint Donut Liquor System uses a ring activator that slips over compatible control pour spouts. It recognizes each bottle’s group and dispenses the exact programmed portion. Seven programmable groups let you organize spirits by price or product, and an optional POS interlock ties every pour to a sale. Bottles stay on your back bar, where guests can see them.
Draught Beer Monitoring
Beer is often the biggest source of hidden loss. Our draught flow meters measure every ounce from each tap. One Julie controller manages up to 48 lines and compares every pour with POS sales.
Liquor & Draught Management Software
The software is what brings the system together: real-time pour tracking, missed-sale alerts, variance reports and inventory tools in one cloud dashboard.

Will a liquor control system slow down my bartenders?
Does it work with my POS system?
Most likely. We integrate with 90+ POS systems, including Micros, Aloha, PAR and POSitouch. Contact us with your POS and we’ll confirm compatibility.
How much can a liquor control system save?
Our clients reduce inventory shrinkage by up to 23% on average. Your savings depend on your current pour cost and volume. We can estimate them during a free consultation.
Do you install and support systems in the United States?
Yes. Pour Controls serves venues across Canada and the United States, with installation support, on-site training and ongoing remote support.
What's the difference between a liquor gun and a Donut liquor system?
They’re two different systems. A liquor gun dispenses from bottles stored out of sight, which makes it the fastest option for high-volume venues. A Donut system keeps bottles on the back bar: the bartender slips a ring activator over the bottle’s control pour spout, and it dispenses the exact programmed portion with a natural free-pour motion. Many venues use guns for well spirits and a Donut system for premium bottles.
