  • Sprint Enterprises Inc. retains Title to all equipment until final payment has been made in full.

• All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pour Controls or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

13. Equipment Title

• Sprint Enterprises Inc. retains Title to all equipment until final payment has been made in full.

14. Force Majeure

• Sprint Enterprises Inc. shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond Sprint Enterprises Inc.’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
